The warranty time is 12 month (one year).
●We will confirm the sample with you before mass production.We will final
inspection mass production according to the confirmed sample before shipment.
●We will help you repair if the products is not damaged by man made fault of your
party.Or we will help you the spare parts and repair video to solve the problem.
2.What can I do if the item is faulty?
Please inform us the item model No. and serial numbers of the products which you bought
from sharing digital!
All faulty problems are sent by Email. The problem includes problem description as letters or
Video material.Or on-line meeting . We will advise the service center to deal with it and send
you solution!
All products supplier are covered by the terms and condition of guarantee for a period of 12
months. Your goods will be repaired by our repair center or available parts for you if you
have ability to repair it. If you can not repair it, please send item back to us with original
packing and file including the company details and the fault description and product details
on which date you purchased and quantity ect. This guarantee speifically excludes faults
caused by accident, incorrect installation and man made fault.
3.How long is delivery time?
Sample order within 3-7 days under normal condition Bulk order within 20-35 days depend
on the order qty. .
4.Why the unit cannot be powered on?
●Please check whether the power cable connected well or not: ACC and BATT to Anode,
GND to cathode or Ground.
Whether you find the correct power-on button.
●Please check whether the fuse of power cable melts or not.
●Please disconnect it from the car then reconnect it, or try to connect this unit with the
other Car Battery (DC 12V).
●Press Reset button on the panel.

6.Do you have any MOQ limit?
For sample order, there is no MOQ. For bulk order, if you need your custom design of
products and packaging, MOQ is 500set in customer's logo. MO0Q is 10set in Caravan logo.
7. What's the price term?
Our price is based on Ex-work, extra cost will be charged if need FOB, CFR, CIF or
certification report ,etc.
8. How long the production time?
If sample and small order, it is 3-7 working days. If customization order, it is 15-30 working
days after everything is confirmed.
9.What is our quality warranty?
The quality warranty is 12 months.
10.Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Western, T/T, Paypal. 30% deposit,70% before shipment.
11.What about shipment?
By sea, by air & freight company ( DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EM...). that according to clients
requirements and clients' customs policy, We promise to provide you the most eficient and
economical logistics.
12.What is your sample policy?
No free samples . You have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Each 500pcs order,you can get one new sample for free with mass shipment.
13.What should I do if there is any problem with my orders?
We have full healthy after-sales service system, if anything happened not match to the
contract, we shall recheck and give a better service for customers, a full refund or free
replacement if necessary, thank you.

15.Can you make my brand/logo on the device?
Yes, but we need MOQ 300- 500sets.It's up to different models.
16.Do your products have any certificate?
We have applied CE,RoHs,EMC, E-mark, SGS according to our customers requirement.f you
need certification,please tell us when you place the order.We will apply you with shipment
together. Of course, the cost will be charged。
17.Do your factory have any quality management system standard?
Our factory is managed in IS09001 and AITF16949 system. AITF16949 is automotive quality
management system standard.
18.Can you deliver goods in SKD mode?
Yes, goods can be delivered in SKD mode, but price might be higher as it will increase labor
cost to assembly and take off, also packaging cost. If so, the quality also couldn't be ensured
after assembling at your side. If you must need it, we suggest deliver at semi-finished
products rather than completely SKD mode.
19.How will you pack the goods?
Firstly, they are packed with separate color box, then several color boxes will be packed into
bigger outer carton for better protection. If any special requirements for packing, pls tell us.
20.How many people your company have?
